OUR MISSION
We started Hoods Up Cleaning, LLC because we saw so many bar, restaurant and commercial kitchen owners being taken advantage of by hood cleaning companies. They would show up unannounced, there was a serious lack communication, they would rush through the job, leaving a sour taste. Worst of all, they would not show the highest level of respect to their customers as they deserve.
This is why this company was born, because we would NEVER be like that.
It is extremely important that our customers feel like they are number one, that they know who we are and can trust who they are working with.

Tony Schmaltz - Founder
As the founder of Hoods Up Cleaning, Tony has been leading people and serving customers in some sort of customer service capacity for more than 25 years.
He was professionally trained for hood/exhaust cleaning and new he could bring the same or better level of service to the commercial kitchen customers.

Anika Thong - Founder
Anika has been in the service industry for many years and knows exactly how to treat people. Her training and experience in direct customer service, makes her a HUGE access to this company.
She brings great communication, scheduling, and customer service.
